G-SHOCK x 88rising Pop-Up: Celebrating 40 Years of "Rooted in Toughness" in Kuala Lumpur

To celebrate the historic 40th anniversary of G-SHOCK, the brand has partnered with 88rising for a “Rooted in Toughness” pop-up. The final stop of this pop-up tour will take place in Kuala Lumpur from October 23rd to October 29th, 2023.

The G-SHOCK 40th Anniversary collections, featuring the Clear Remix series, Remaster Black series, Recrystallized series, Adventurer’s Stone series, Flare Red series, and the highly-anticipated G-SHOCK x Eric Haze collaboration watch, will be on display during this regional pop-up tour.

Visitors to the pop-up will have the opportunity to take a journey through time with G-SHOCK, starting from the creation of the G-SHOCK DW-5600C in 1983 to its latest digital watch technology, which represents the forefront of innovation (GA-2100).

Upon entering the Centre Court of Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, visitors will be greeted by the iconic G-SHOCK 2100 octagonal shape, symbolising four decades of resilience.

As part of the collaboration, the pop-up will feature portraits of numerous artists from 88rising, including Rich Brian, Warren Hue, Spence Lee, Dumbfounded, Ylona Garcia, Milli, Atarashii Gakko!, Niki, and Stephanie Poetri.

Visitors will also have the option to acquire the G-SHOCK x 88rising limited-edition t-shirts, priced at RM139 each, exclusively available at the pop-up.
