There is no explanation needed for a restaurant like Crust. They are best known for their sourdough wood-fired wheaten pizzas. Besides that, they also offer plant-based cheese options, as well as a gluten-free pizza dough base. All you need to do is top up an extra RM9. But, Crust bakes their pizza in the same wood-fired oven. So, coeliacs might have to take note of this.
