For those of us that have special diet requirements, have you ever wondered where we dine outside of our homes? If you are someone who is planning to go gluten-free, or have recently discovered that you aren’t supposed to be having gluten, we have the solution for you. Instead of going to any restaurant and asking if their food is gluten-free, why not visit restaurants that serve gluten-free meals! Yes, Malaysia does actually have restaurants catered to specific food diets and requirements. Just like there are plenty of vegetarian and vegan restaurants, there are many gluten-free meals at restaurants located in Klang Valley and KL city! So, we have made your life significantly easier by compiling a list of the restaurants serving healthy gluten-free meals!

6. Crust

There is no explanation needed for a restaurant like Crust. They are best known for their sourdough wood-fired wheaten pizzas. Besides that, they also offer plant-based cheese options, as well as a gluten-free pizza dough base. All you need to do is top up an extra RM9. But, Crust bakes their pizza in the same wood-fired oven. So, coeliacs might have to take note of this. Other than that, Crust also serves burgers you can get bunless as it can be wrapped in lettuce for a wheat-free option.
