Although HYDE presently stocks up to 24 different types of gin, three of which are handcrafted kaffir lime-, Earl Grey-, and saffron-infused gins, the bar hopes to add new flavours to its menu every one to two months. The bartenders here take care of both the appearance and the flavour of their drinks.
