The tea set’s main inspiration lies in Chef Boon’s beloved mother whose fervor for baking ignited his own passion for the art of pastry-making. Lady of the Manor presents a tantalising selection of sweet and savory delights, as well as your choice of Roleaf tea to wash it all down.
The set’s standout is the 7 Ways Chocolate, seven distinct chocolate variations expertly made using different techniques and ingredients, a creative nod to the resilience and diversity of women. Another highlight is the LIBRARI Mille Feuille, a delicate pastry infused with the velvety nuances of coffee, mascarpone, and hazelnut bouche breton, paying homage to Chef Boon’s mother and her cherished indulgences.
