Nespresso Reviving Origins was part of the initiative to restore lost coffee production and communities in areas, including the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
To celebrate this highly anticipated release, Nespresso collaborates with M Resort & Hotel Kuala Lumpur to unveil Congo Organic-themed menus that capture the essence of restoration and sustainability.

It highlights the opulent tenderness of the juicy short rib, in which each bite reveals the unique fruity and flowery notes of the Nespresso Congo Organic. The Te-rib-fic is served with a creamy gorgonzola polenta, crispy kale, braised vegetables and coffee-infused sauce.
Wooly Wonder (RM120 nett)
Highlighting the opulent tenderness of juicy short rib, each bite reveals unique fruity and flowery notes of Nespresso Congo Organic. Served with creamy gorgonzola polenta, crispy kale, braised vegetables, and a coffee-infused sauce, Te-rib-fic is a symphony of flavours.
Congo Organic-infused Tai Tai Afternoon Tea Set (RM138 nett)
Craving a midday respite? Indulge in the Congo Organic-infused Tai Tai Afternoon Tea Set, featuring delectable scones accompanied by coffee-infused chantilly cream, steamed man tao enveloping succulent duck confit crafted with Congo Organic ingredients, and an array of delightful delicacies. It goes without saying that two cups of Nespresso’s Limited Edition Congo Organic coffee perfectly complement the exquisite assortment of desserts.
The three dishes – Quackling Delight, Te-rib-fic and Wooly Wonder – are available from 15th to 30 June 2023, while the Coffee-infused Tai Tai Afternoon Tea Set is available for a month long from 15th June 2023 onwards. Coffee lovers can indulge in the coffee-infused themed menus in Hive Bar & Lounge and Fairway Coffee House, located in M Resort & Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
