Elle & Vire Professionnel Whisks Up a Malaysian Culinary Extravaganza

Elle & Vire Professionnel, the internationally renowned French dairy brand of Savencia Fromage & Dairy, recently hosted its experiential gourmet event at Brick Studio by Metal Bees.

During the experiential gourmet event, Malaysian Chefs; Elle & Vire Professionnel Chef Ambassador Chong Ko Wai and Chef Jason Manson, Professional Chef & Co-Founder of JMFood Consultant, showcased the brand’s versatility by incorporating its dairy products into both traditional and modern Malaysian recipes.

Nessy Meghayani, Country Manager for Savencia Fromage & Dairy Malaysia, said, “We’re really excited to bring together the best of French dairy and the delicious flavours of Malaysian baking and cooking. Chef Chong Ko Wai, the brand ambassador, crafted a tantalising Pandan Mango Choux using Elle & Vire Professionnel’s All-Purpose Butter, Excellence Whipping Cream, and Mascarpone. Chef Jason Manson created a flavorful Pasta with Creamy Rendang Sauce using the brand’s latest products, Cooking Cream, and Sour Taste.

The Generation Programme is one of Elle & Vire Professionnel®’s primary initiatives to inspire aspiring chefs. The program, run in collaboration with KDU University of Wollongong Australia in Malaysia, aims to cultivate young chefs’ talents through comprehensive support, including webinars for online demonstrations, workshops, and training, providing students with interactive learning opportunities.
