1. Ostrich Wonderlands
Get up close and personal with ostriches, peacocks, quails, guinea fowls – pretty much every bird you can think of, here at Ostrich Wonderlands! Not only that, this place is also home to goats, bunnies, miniature horses, and so many more animals that you can feed and interact with. It’s a great place for kids to learn all about farm animals, but it’s also where you can buy exotic fresh poultry like turkey and ostrich meat, as well as goat milk. The entrance fee is only RM20 for adult citizens and RM15 for children, so be sure to hit this place up for some of the most interesting things to do in Semenyih.

2. Sungai Tekala Waterfall
Located within Sungai Tekala Recreational Forest, the Sungai Tekala waterfall is definitely a sight to see. One of the must things to do in Semenyih if you love being in the outdoors, this beautiful tropical forest has been open to the public since 1982. Not only can you splash about in the cooling waters of the Semenyih waterfall, you can hike through the forest, look for forest animals, or even rent a chalet or set up camp to stay overnight. There are washrooms, prayer rooms, and even food stalls available, so it’s all really convenient. Entrance fee is only RM2 for adults and RM1 for children, making it one of the most affordable things to do in Semenyih!

3. Sungai Lalang Hotspring
You don’t need to travel all the way to Japan for a dip in a hotspring, just go to Semenyih! Open until 10 at night, you and your family can spend the whole day just soaking in the warm, healing waters of the hotspring. The temperature of the water ranges between 48°C – 52°, so it’s incredibly comfortable. You can even book a BBQ space, making it a great place to spend time with your loved ones.

4. Semenyih Dam
One of the most romantic places in Semenyih, the Semenyih Dam is an unbelievably relaxing place to be. Take in the sights and sounds of nature, and just bask in the tranquil ambience. Built in 1985, the Semenyih Dam is a wonderful place to catch the sunset, and you can even have picnic or a photoshoot by the water. 5. Broga Hill
One of the most well-known hiking trails in Malaysia, you can’t miss out on Broga Hill if you’re in Semenyih. The trail is beginner-friendly, so it’s even perfect for kids. The best time to hike Broga Hill is early in the morning, so you can make it in time to check out the sunrise from the top. 7. Rinching ATV Adventure Park
Need something even more thrilling? Enter: ATVs! ATVs stand for all-terrain vehicle, and here at Rinching ATV Adventure Park, you’ll definitely ride across all types of terrains. It’s priced at RM35 for the small 150cc ATV, RM150 for the big 450cc ATV, and passengers under 15 ride for free. There are a few different packages available, and it’s based on ATV size, duration of journey, and challenge level of the terrain track. This is a heart-pounding activity that you can’t miss out on!

8. Saville Wonderland
An incredibly family-friendly place, there’s just so many things to do at Saville Wonderland!
