The Brasserie at St. Regis is offering tantalising set menus this Chinese New Year, curated by Executive Chef Cheong Boon Fei. All the menus come with their signature yee sang, crafted from the finest and freshest ingredients while following a cherished recipe passed down through generations by Puan Sri Sharon Chua.
