Park Grill is run by the Curate Group, the same company that runs Sushi Ryu and Tenmasa. It’s a new restaurant in Platinum Park and serves a variety of unique meals. Truly, it’s definitely one of the best steakhouses for a romantic dinner. If you’re unsure of what to order when patronising Park Grill, let us give you some recommendations. Firstly, try the premium Australian Sher Wagyu, which is Josper-grilled to perfection. Of course, you can choose your preferred doneness but we highly recommend going for a med rare. The outside is smoky and on the inside is perfectly pink, tender, and succulent. Furthermore, this is served with triple fried fries, arugula salad and a beautiful miso bearnaise sauce.

5. Grub By Ahong & Friends
Grub By Ahong & Friends is probably one of the best steakhouses for a romantic dinner in Petaling Jaya. Despite the affordable price, the steaks here are actually crazy amazing, if we do say so ourselves. We’ve been here a couple of times and are always incredibly satisfied with any cut we order. Furthermore, they are not stingy when it comes to their sides as well. However, the sides are definitely on the more basic side, with mashed potatoes and a simple garden salad. But we’re alright with that as the highlight is ultimately the steak itself. And we’re always mindblown whenever we visit Grub.

Trust us, you haven’t had a steak if you’ve never had it the French way. Brasserie Léon is a beautiful space in TTDI, and it’s the perfect setting for an incredible date night. This place literally takes dry-aged steaks to new heights, as it’s located on Level 56, Petronas Tower 3. You can rest in the fact that every cut at Marble 8 has been handpicked by Cavaliere Modesto, making every bite truly memorable. Plus, each cut is halal-certified, and it’s all delivered with the bones still attached, which vastly improves the flavours and aroma of the beef while they are aged for at least 21 days in their custom-built dry-ageing cellar.

13. The Beato Steakhouse
The Beato Steakhouse is where you can find some of the juiciest, most flavoursome, most tender cuts of meat you’ll find. They were the first to introduce dry-aged steaks to Malaysia, all the way back in 2012, and they’ve amassed a loyal following ever since. Gorge yourself silly on Rib Eye, Sirloin, T-Bone , or either dry-aged or wet-aged Angus or Grain-Fed beef. You’ll definitely be coming back for more. Lucky for us, they now have two locations; one in Bangsar, and another in Publika.
