After much anticipation, the Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Restaurant will finally open its door on 18 June, marking its first international opening outside of London. Located at the Sunway Resort’s lobby level, the restaurant boasts contemporary decor with furnishings of rich red and forest green colour scheme, floor-to-ceiling windows and a 24K gold leaf hand-placed ceiling.
In the main dining room, guests can marvel at the monochrome portraits of British style icons including Twiggy, Sir Sean Connery, Jean Shrimpton and Sir Mick Jagger of The Rolling Stones which were photographed by Terry O’Neill and Arthur Steel.
The restaurant features a spacious area that can accommodate up to 150 guests at a time. Inside, the restaurant adjoins a cocktail bar, wine cellar and several private dining rooms such as 8 Mayfair, 10 Soho, and 12 Chelsea.
Guests can expect an array of Gordon Ramsay popular dishes including Classic Beef Wellington, Spiced Beef Tartare with Egg Yolk Confit, Arnold Bennett Twice-baked Cheese Soufflé with Mornay Sauce and Dover Sole with Grenobloise capers sauce. The restaurant also served tantalizing prime cuts of meat dry-aged in-house, perfect for meat lovers.
Currently, the Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Restaurant has already accepted reservations for dining. As of writing, the reservations have been fully booked with the earliest slot being on the 1st of September 2022. To make a reservation, you can click here.
