1. Challenge Yourself and Hike Gunung Angsi

Gunung Angsi is many people’s favourite spot for hiking, backpacking, and camping near Seremban. It’s over 800 metres high and only about a 20-minute drive from the city. The hike begins with a steep climb on cemented steps, then, as you venture deeper into the forest, you will need to use ropes to cross exposed tree roots. Along the way, breathtaking views of the surrounding area unfold before reaching the summit. The flat-surfaced top is abundant with tall trees, making it ideal for picnicking. Although the hike up Gunung Angsi can be a bit tough, we believe it’s worth the sweat for the stunning view at the top. For first-timers, hiking with a guide is a good idea.
