Designed by Zara’s Architecture Studio, the space has been reimagined to create an elevated and welcoming experience. The interior layout unfolds through a series of interconnected rooms, each with its own distinct character.
The opening reflects Zara’s latest global flagship concept, with an updated look and new product display areas. The store also uses advanced technology to support a smooth customer journey. Boutique-style spaces with distinct design details and furnishings spotlight the collections and create a connection between customers and the products.

The interior concept at Zara Suria KLCC Shopping Mall creates an intimate setting, guiding customers through individually curated spaces. Each section features its own entrance, shaping a cohesive yet distinct store-within-a-store experience.
The store creates a warm and polished atmosphere through the use of wood, contrasting steel finishes and a mix of materials, including mineral surfaces such as ceramic and marble.
Enjoy a Seamless Omnichannel Shopping Experience
Zara Suria KLCC Shopping Mall uses advanced technology to support a smooth omnichannel shopping experience. Customers can shop in-store or via zara.com and the Zara app, which lets them browse real-time stock and locate products quickly. Key service features include:
- Assisted checkout zones throughout the store, including accessible payment stations
- Dedicated checkouts for returns
The store also includes a cardboard collection point for recycling online packaging, along with a used clothing collection container that supports garment reuse through the brand’s charity partner.
Dedicated Footwear and Accessories Space

The store includes a dedicated space for footwear and accessories, with personalised assistance on hand. This new concept brings key pieces from the collection into one place, giving the products more focus and making it easier for customers to shop. The footwear and handbag range also continues across the rest of the store, so customers can pair accessories with the clothing collections as part of complete looks.
Commitment to Sustainability Through Energy-Efficiency Systems
Zara Suria KLCC Shopping Mall supports the brand’s commitment to sustainability with advanced energy-efficiency systems, including efficient heating and cooling. The store also uses a lighting design that lowers overall LED intensity to reduce energy use while maintaining a premium in-store feel.
The store also connects to Zara’s internal Inergy platform, which monitors air-conditioning and electricity consumption centrally. This helps the team optimise operations, support maintenance and plan further energy reductions.
