Formerly known as The Glass House, Hiatari is located in Damansara Perdana’s Metropolitan Square, and will instantly strike your fancy due to to its floor to ceiling windows. Oh Apong, located in Kota Damansara, is a family-run cafe. The founder, Ellyna Merican first discovered gula apong in 2020 while on a work vacation in Kuching with her family. Ellyna’s sister, Emylia, proposed a concept to start a shop that specialised in gula apong ice cream, inspired by the family’s fondness of the sweet and salty flavour of gula apong.
