UNIQLO has announced the launch of new Roger Federer replica game wear and “RF” cap models which were developed together with the eight-time Wimbledon champion.
Originally designed for Roger Federer, this latest game wear comprises a polo shirt, shorts, and caps adorned with “RF” logo. These latest releases feature a black base with purple embellishments, which were highlighted by subtle lines designed across the chest and on the shorts.
The polo shirt’s use of mapping mesh in quick-drying DRY-EX fabric guarantees the best possible ventilation and comfort during periods of heavy perspiration. Its matching caps with a purple RF logo are also available in black and white.
“I may no longer be playing for ranking points on the tour, but my passion for the game will never cease. Although I wasn’t able to showcase this collection before my retirement, I am excited to continue working with the team at UNIQLO to create great tennis wear for all my fans and to showcase the different looks during future endeavors and appearances.” said Roger Federer, who was appointed as the UNIQLO Global Brand Ambassador.
The latest Uniqlo collaboration with Roger Federer encompasses the RF DRY-EX Polo Shirt (RM129.90), Kids RF DRY-EX Polo Shirt (RM79.90), RF DRY Short Pants (RM129.90) and RF Cap (RM79.90). It will be available at select UNIQLO stores and through UNIQLO’s online store starting 10th October.
