Under the Light Yoga Studio actually started way back in 2006, in Yoyogi, Tokyo. Now, they are one of the largest Yoga Alliance teacher training schools in Asia. Ever since then, Under the Light Yoga Studio has been building wonderful relationships with many international yoga instructors. This has allowed them to organise special events, workshops, as well as Yoga Alliance certified teacher training courses.
With over 10,000 certified yoga graduates, Under the Light has also launched their second studio, Online Studio in 2020. This online class is not only an alternative way for people to practice yoga, but it is also a proactive way for people around the world to practice yoga together. Under the Light Yoga Studio is also gorgeously crafted with lots of natural light to inspire your sun salutations.

Under the Light Yoga Studio offers both physical and online classes that are fairly affordable. Their classes are divided into beginner friendly, all levels, and intensive.
