Expertly curated by Chef De Cuisine Elvin Peterson and Food and Beverage Manager Roberto Pinna, this new menu brings an exciting twist to authentic flavours. It offers a revamped version of Tosca’s classic Italian favourites with a fresh approach to new dishes that promise authentic Italian flavours with an innovative touch.

Tosca Italian Trattoria still proudly keeps its all-time crowd favourites like Zuppa di Funghi, Minestrone, and Insalata Burrata to ensure loyal patrons can indulge in the classics. An extensive selection of mains, authentic homemade pizza, and pasta also stay on the menu for those who crave Italian comfort.

However, the highlight takes centre stage brightly with the newly added menu items, including Pan-Seared Halibut, Arancini di Riso, Quattro Stagioni Pizza, as well as delectable desserts like Panna Cotta and Italian Tartufo.

To elevate your dining experience while relishing the new dishes, Tosca enhances its wine list by offering an expanded range of fine wines, perfectly paired with the menu.

The standouts of the new menu include in-house freshly made Quattro Stagioni Pizza, heaped with chicken salami, beef ragù, mushrooms, and artichokes, as well as Arancini di Riso, Italian cheesy risotto balls drenched in a spicy Arrabiata sauce.

Diners can complete their culinary journey with a sweet ending of the decadent Italian Tartufo, a delicious combination of chocolate monte, vanilla mousse, and morello cherry purée.
