If you want my quick attention, or the shortcut to my heart, do invite me to a Thai feast. I have always been a big fan of food from the Land of the Smiles. There’s just something about their food that leaves a forever mark inside your heart—the flavours, the spice, the herbs, the quality, you name it. Of course, finding Thai dishes in Malaysia is so easy. The popular ones are of course red TomYum soup and their spicy ginger fish. But as for the true Thai food lovers like me, you will be needing more than just a regular food menu. You need an authentic straight out of the Thai’s-secret-recipe itself.
That is when we discovered StrEAT Thai Restaurant—which they exclusively bring the Thai culture, street foods and recipes for you to indulge in the goodness of each taste. From Chiang Mai to Bangkok, StrEAT Thai is armed with experienced cooks who are experienced in authentic food making. Be it the hot boiling TomYum or warm spicy pad krapow. Ugh, surely got us drooling. Instead of flying over to Thailand, they bring Thailand to you.
Here’s Glitz honest (salivating) food review.

For veggie lovers or vegan, rejoice, as StrEAT Thai even offers a plenty (or handful) of salad options—but with a twist of Thai. We recommend you go for their papaya salad as they balance out the taste of spicy, sweet and sour. Surely will leave you wanting for more. If you prefer a bit traditional, you can try the papaya salad with the mix of ikan bilis. Or maybe even the Som Tam cucumber salad? Told you, they’re very authentic here…

For their seafood pillars, they cover up to twenty (20) yes 20 different dishes. Surely we can’t list down each one here cause we’d go crazily cravings. But what we can tell you is that they are packed with special herbs, ingredients and spicy taste that will make you sweat! Fish, squid and lala are the main three in the seafood options. But as for the flavours? The choices are yours. From the Stir Fried Squid with Chili Paste to Steam Lime & Garlic Sauce… I mean.. A total bliss.
