Come For The Breath-taking Décor
Despite the fact that the restaurant is indoors, Sabayon makes you feel like you’re on top of the world. The ethereal design of the restaurant is a replica of a bird’s existence from a height of 250 metres, brought to life by beautiful cloud formations made up of tiny individual feather-like sculptures. The thrilling voyage begins in the Sky51 lobby, where you may immerse yourself in the strange calm of a limitless horizon as if you were a bird gliding across the sky.
The stylishly designed glass-walled restaurant is clothed in a palette of cool greys. Modern chandeliers and tabletop lights play with shadows and light during the day and warm up the area with mellow, gentle illumination at night. The renowned Petronas Twin Towers are the focal point of KL’s skyline, which shimmers like a big painting across the whole wall.
But Stay For World-Class Menu
Chef de Cuisine Jonathan Heng, who has more than 16 years of expertise in the area, is the man behind Sabayon’s culinary masterpieces. He followed in his father’s (who was also a famous chef) footsteps in the culinary profession, demonstrating his mastery of traditional cooking methods and techniques. He combines quality imported ingredients with artisanal local goods to create a dinner menu that includes three-course for RM338, four-course for RM438, and five-course for RM538 selections, as well as à la carte meals for both indoor and outdoor seating.
