Yakiniku Great, based in Utsunomiya, Japan, established its first franchise in Malaysia in April and has already earned excellent reviews for its meals. It specialises in rare Japanese wagyu beef cuts that, according to some, melt in the tongue and are well worth the money, especially for a special occasion. They sell omakase packages that include five to seven distinct wagyu beef cuts, allowing you to sample a variety of cuts all at once. There are also unique sauces produced in-house by their chefs that you won’t find anywhere else.
