The simple but elegant menu at Le Midi features French-inspired cuisine with modern touches, with highlights including the fresh and briny Fine de Claire No 3 Oysters appetiser, available in servings of six or twelve. The Clam Chowder à la Royale is a rich and hearty option, with Pacific Clams and Egg Royale encased in a delicate puff pastry. On to the luxurious main courses, the Homard Thermidor is a standout, a grilled Boston lobster perfectly paired with Le Midi’s signature sauce.

Pasta lovers can opt for the Crab Tagliatelle, a homemade pasta topped generously with tender crab meat and a rich prawn bisque sauce. To finish, indulge in the Warm Banana Tart dessert, a buttered tart filled with caramelised bananas, salted caramel sauce, and coconut ice cream.
