During New York’s Fashion Week, Kate Spade New York unveiled their 2023 Spring Collection with an experimental presentation. Designed by Jennifer Lyu and Tom Mora, this new collection reflects the beauty of Spring and the adventures that arrive when you least expect them. Lyu and Mora are partnering to infuse their own fresh perspectives into the seasonal collections. Leaning into Kate Spade New York’s heritage brand codes, they are driving newness, while establishing a cohesive design language across all product categories.
Spring 2023 Collection
In conjunction with Kate Spade New York’s 30th anniversary in 2023, this Spring collection is a celebration of the brand’s core DNA. Reimagining it in new ways through fresh takes on craftsmanship, pattern, colour and novelty. Furthermore, this Spring collection is filled with oversized polka dots, rain motifs, exaggerated florals and spring stripes. It also features brilliant shades of yellows, pinks, reds, blues and their signature bold burst of greens.
This season, Kate Spade New York also reimagines the iconic Sam bag. As the bag that started it all, this iconic bag is updated in new fabrics, including 100% recycled materials. It will also be reinvented in trend-forward colourways and novelty embellishments to balance everyday needs with a touch of fantasy. Evoking a sense of nostalgia, joy and playfulness.

To invite its larger digital community, Kate Spade New York partners with many notable TikTok creators including, Antoni Bumba, Eni Popoola, Kate Bartlett and Emira D’Spain. All of whom offer us audiences behind-the-scenes access to New York Fashion Week through their own creative lenses. For the first time, Kate Spade New York showcased their presentation in a TikTok Livestream led by brand partner Dylan Mulvaney. Thus bringing the Spring 2023 collection to life for audiences across the globe.
