Jameson Introduces ‘Widen The Circle’ Campaign In Malaysia

Jameson, the world’s no.1 Irish Whiskey, invites everyone to ‘Widen the Circle’ and is letting the good times pour all across Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, and Penang with a myriad of activities and promotions happening from March 2022 to June 2022. As the serious whiskey that doesn’t take itself too seriously, the whiskey brand believes that easy moments of true connection make the world feel like a smaller place. This year, they are encouraging consumers to #WidenTheCircle, one sip at a time.

‘Widen The Circle’ Campaign

To kick off the campaign, Jameson Malaysia releases a brand video that features emerging talent and creatives from Malaysia, including Angel Ng, Cloakwork, Dato’ Maw, Roshan Menon, and Talitha Tan, as they break barriers, unite, and inspire one another to build and grow as a community and widen the circle. The marketing film, which is centred on shared human experiences, draws on Jameson’s long-held philosophy that life is better shared when individuals reach out and let others in for genuine human connection.

The brand has a rich heritage of bringing people together for shared moments of true connection and through this campaign, we want to encourage consumers to spark conversations over a glass and #WidentheCircle with friends old and new.”


Jameson Malaysia has teamed with 7 cocktail bars to bring you a range of St. Patrick’s Day inspired drinks, including the Jameson Fashioned, Luck of the Irish, Berry Irish, and more, to keep the festivities and camaraderie of St. Patrick’s Day alive.

From March to May 2022, the brand will conduct a series of Jameson Connects activations across the country, with twelve locations in Kuala Lumpur, four in Penang, and four in Johor Bahru, to surprise and thrill consumers with spontaneous fun and ask them to broaden the circle. From March 9, 2022, the Jameson Pop-Up will be sold through off-trade retailers. Customers will receive a special gift-with-buy when they purchase an Original Bottle or a Black Barrel Bottle, as well as a chance to win exclusive prizes in the digital Ginger & Lime Mix game.
