Singapore has long drawn us Malaysians in for concerts, quick getaways, and shopping sprees. This July, it’s offering something more meaningful. From 5 to 13 July, Marina Bay will be the centre of Southeast Asia’s wellness scene as it hosts the highly anticipated Glow Festival by Prudential 2025, and here’s why you should make the short trip to attend!
What Awaits at Glow Festival by Prudential 2025

Since its debut as a one-day event on Sentosa in 2019, Glow has evolved into Singapore’s definitive wellness experience. It returned in 2023 as a full nine-day programme at Marina Bay Sands, then expanded in 2024 to 16 days of fitness, workshops, and sensory experiences. The 2025 edition steps into its most dynamic form yet.
“This year is about meeting people where they are and helping them connect with what matters most: movement, presence, and meaning,” says Glow Festival founder Martin Capstick. “We’ve expanded the festival to reflect the full spectrum of wellbeing.”
This year’s theme, Dynamic Vibes, sets the tone for a festival built to energise, connect, and restore. Presented by Prudential and supported by the Singapore Tourism Board, Glow 2025 also marks the launch of Every Body Club, a new initiative supporting physical, emotional, and financial health across all life stages.
Train With Global Icons in Real Life

Glow brings together international fitness leaders whose routines have inspired millions online. For the first time, fans in the region can train live with Dylan Werner, known for combining breathwork and biomechanics in yoga flows that balance science and spirit. Olivia May, elite sprinter and trainer, delivers high-intensity sessions rooted in athlete-grade focus and form, while Danibelle Robertson brings her signature blend of strength, joy, and unapologetic self-worth. Together, they offer an energising mix of movement styles that challenge, uplift, and inspire on every level.
A Workout That Feels Like a Night Out

This year’s Fitness Concert turns the energy up. It’s a multisensory, music-driven session that pairs live DJ sets with movement under the city skyline. If you enjoy cardio with rhythm, group energy, and beats that push you further, this is where you’ll want to be. Each morning will kick off with Sunrise Rave Runs, curated playlists by Beans&Beats, coffee by LUME, and the now-iconic Croclair, a croissant-éclair fusion that’s as delicious as it sounds.
Real Conversations That Go Beyond Surface-Level
Glow goes far beyond physical movement. Sessions led by Germaine Chow, Jane Chuck, and Eugenie Chan open up space for honest conversations around motherhood, burnout, guilt, and navigating life’s constant demands. These aren’t surface-level talks; they’re grounded in real experiences and speak to the challenges many Malaysians face daily.
As the presenting sponsor, Prudential is bringing together a diverse group of experts to guide these discussions. “We aim to empower individuals to proactively care for their health,” says Belinda Tan, Head of Marketing & Events at Prudential Singapore. With the launch of Every Body Club, Prudential reinforces its commitment to holistic wellbeing, supporting people across all stages of life with meaningful tools and long-term care.
A Wellness Weekend That Works Around You
Glow Festival is perfect for solo travellers, couples, or groups of friends looking to reconnect and recharge. Mornings begin with yoga beneath the Marina Bay skyline, followed by breathwork sessions in the city, journaling corners, and curated wellness booths. As the day winds down, late-night sound baths offer the perfect way to relax and reset.
This year’s expanded programme also brings greater focus to holistic health topics, including Traditional Chinese Medicine, fertility, menopause, oral care, emotional regulation, and nervous system wellbeing. According to Ms Lilian Chee, Director of Sports at the Singapore Tourism Board, the festival continues to elevate Singapore’s position as a vibrant urban wellness destination through its innovative and inclusive approach.
What You’ll Discover on the Ground
There’s far more to Glow Festival than workouts and wellness talks; the festival village is where things get seriously fun and hands-on. Step into BIRKENSTOCK’s relaxation zone for reflexology-inspired foot massages and a personalised foot scan, or explore LAC’s immersive space for a nutrition experience that gets you thinking and recharging. Liht Organics and Oo La Lab offer the chance to play with clean beauty and blend your own signature scent, while Almora Botanica invites you to slow down with a five-minute facial using Gua Sha mushroom tools and the healing energy of Green Aventurine, Rose Quartz, and White Jade.
Ready to Glow?

Glow Festival by Prudential 2025 is a full-bodied reset built around movement, community, and meaningful conversations. Just an hour’s flight or a smooth bus ride away from KL, Glow delivers the space and tools to help you find mental and physical peace. This July, trade the usual holiday for something deeper. This is your moment to reset, reconnect, and glow.
