Esteemed Malaysian chefs join forces with the Executive Chefs of Desaru Coast’s luxurious resorts and properties in each chapter of the series. Additionally, each guest chef will create a unique signature dish, exclusively featured at the host restaurants for a limited time.
Experience Series I of the 2023 Gourmet Series with Chef Johnson Wong at Sea.Fire.Salt. Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas from 26th to 28th May. It is an innovative contemporary Malaysian dish, with elevated Peranakan classics, and exquisite flavours.

Series II of the 2023 Gourmet Series is set to take place in September at One&Only Desaru Coast, featuring the culinary collaboration of Chef Su Kim Hock and Chef Johnson Wong for a remarkable six-hand dining experience.
In November, the spotlight will shift to Series III, where Chef Raymond Tham will lead the culinary delights at the Big Easy Bar & Grill, located in The Els Club Desaru Coast.
