For the first time ever, Malaysia’s leading Mercedes-Benz dealership Cycle & Carriage offers the public an up-close and personal experience with the brand at its debut lifestyle concept store, neu by Cycle & Carriage, at 1 Utama Shopping Centre.
“neu”, pronounced noy in German means “new”, hence neu by Cycle & Carriage is a representation of new experiences created for the adventure-seekers and lifestyle connoisseurs who are always in pursuit of the finer things in life.
When & What Is Neu?
Malaysians have until October 31, 2022, to embark on an extraordinary adventure and learn about Cycle & Carriage’s dedication to providing service excellence through various physical and digital lifestyle touchpoints. The concept store will include workshops, seminars, and displays of recently introduced and eagerly awaited Mercedes-Benz vehicles in addition to curating exhibitions in partnership with regional and global businesses.
The concept store will be devoted to thematic experiences including “sustainability,” “electrification,” “high-street fashion,” and “outdoor adventure” during the course of the entire four-month period. Visitors can anticipate an interesting schedule of events planned in association with important brand partners and in keeping with the monthly theme.

What’s In Store This Month
The theme of sustainability will be highlighted in the store throughout the month of July, highlighting Cycle & Carriage’s dedication to lowering waste, water, energy, and carbon emissions as part of their ESG objectives. Cycle & Carriage will work with regional companies that are equally dedicated to sustainability to spread awareness of the value of protecting the environment. These companies include Shamrock and City Gardening to showcase organic fertilisers made from recycled agricultural waste, Munimalism to promote the use of shared natural resources in clothing, and highly regarded Curated Coffee Roasters to emphasise sustainable relationships with coffee producers.
The Mercedes-Benz C-Class, one of the brand’s best-selling limos, the Mercedes-Benz GLA 200 AMG Line compact SUV, the recently-debuted locally built Mercedes-AMG GLA 35 4MATIC, and the EQA 250 all-electric car will all make their debuts in the 3,300 square foot concept store. Interested visitors can schedule a test drive and even make a reservation right away. Aficionados of Mercedes-Benz will be able to shop at the store for the brand’s exclusive collection and accessories.
