BLACKPINK Announce First-Ever In-Game Concert In PUBG Mobile

BLACKPINK will hold a virtual in-game concert in collaboration with PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG).

The concert, known as ‘The Virtual’ which is scheduled at the end of July, also marks BLACKPINK as the first K-pop artist to host an in-game concert. 

According to the announcement made through BLACKPINK’s Instagram account, the virtual concert will be held from 22nd to 23rd July and 29th and 30th July in North and South America. Whereas the dates released for the rest of the countries are 23rd to 24th July and 30th to 31st July. 

PUBG Mobile also announced on its official Twitter account that individuals who download the game and log in on 15th July will receive free concert tickets.

It was reported that BLACKPINK will perform their hit songs, including a special track that will be released for the first time. 

Fans can also look forward to new game items, such as the costumes worn by members of Blackpink at the event, which will be made available on PUBG Mobile.

Earlier this month, YG Entertainment confirmed that the BLACKPINK will make a full comeback as a group this August after over one year of the release of their full album titled, ‘The Album’.
