Quickly gaining notoriety for having some of the best food in Sunway Geo, Food by Fat Cat is definitely worth checking out. One of the best casual Japanese fusion eateries, it’s a great place to lepak and eat good food with your friends and family. They serve all day breakfast and fusion rice bowls and ramen, like their Fei Meow Salmon Chow Fan, Fat Cow Gyudon, and Carbonara Ramen. Pork-free with a really chill ambience, they’re one of our favourite restaurants.

2. Christine’s Bakery
You can’t go to Sunway Geo without stopping by Christine’s Bakery. Famous for their hand-rolled bagels and crozza (croissant pizza), Christine’s Bakery exploded on Instagram for having both amazing food and being super Instagrammable. They infuse classic French recipes with modern Japanese baking techniques, and the results are incredibly delicious. Apart from their bagel sandwiches, we love their Classic Burrata Sourdough Pizza as well as their Truffle Mushroom Pasta. You can’t miss out on their croissants either!

If you’re craving Korean pork cutlets, this is the restaurant to go. Donkas Lab serves up some of the most mouth-watering, juiciest, crunchiest pork cutlets, and we can’t say enough good things about their food. Their pork cutlets come in all kinds of flavours, but we especially love the mala donkas for the heat. Other than the donkas, we also recommend their Red Carbonara Jampong as well as their Bibim Weng Myun with donka!

4. Flower Girl Coffee
One foot into Flower Girl Coffee, and you’ll feel like you’ve stepped into Wonderland. Apart from their amazing menu, the whole restaurant feels super whimsical. Their high ceilings are draped with luscious greenery, and their floor to ceiling windows will make you feel like you’re in a conservatory. Apart from their gorgeous setting, their food is actually affordable and tasty. They offer lunch sets from 11:30AM to 2:30PM that start at only RM16.90, and they also have coffee and desserts. You have to try their latte!

5. VeryThai Mookata & Street Food
We dream about VeryThai Mookata & Street Food. Mookata, or sometimes spelled mu kratha, literally translates to “skillet pork”. However, it’s generally used to refer to a cooking method of combining Korean barbecue and Chinese hotpot. The result? Amazing Thai BBQ hotpot, and the flavours are to die for. Other than that, this restaurant also offer lunch sets that start from RM13.90, which is a great deal as it comes with a drink, too.

You can’t go wrong with a kopitiam. With its relaxed ambiance and familiar flavours, Kean Seng Kopitiam is a local favourite, and they definitely serve some of the best food in Sunway Geo. They’ve got all the classic kopitiam dishes, like Toast with Hainan Homemade Kaya and Butter, amazing kopitiam coffee, and of course, noodle dishes like Hainan Curry Mee and Chee Cheong Fun with Mushroom Gravy and Shrimp Sambal.

Drink to your heart’s content and eat your heart out at Soju Restaurant and Bar. They’re a Korean bar and restaurant, and their menu goes way beyond than just drinks. With both indoor and outdoor seating, good views, as well as a live band that plays Tuesday through to Sunday at 8:30PM onwards, the vibes are absolutely immaculate at Soju. Some our favourites include their signature Seafood Mix and Spring Onion Pancake, Korean dumplings, and ddeokbokgi with cheese. You also definitely need to try at least one of their soju cocktails!

Mr. Tasty specialises in all things chicken, and they are the masters when it comes to chicken rice. They’re a really casual restaurant located right next to Jaya Grocer, and they’re definitely one of the best restaurants in Sunway Geo.
