The AVANTÉ Hotel has announced the return of its highly anticipated Santapan Rasa Sayang 2023 Buffet Dinner, starting this 23rd March.
Served at Chek’s Coffee House, AVANTÉ Hotel, guests can sample signature Malaysian cuisine from various states, including an array of new nostalgic dishes.
The Daging bakar masak lemak by Chef Arih bin Ahmad is the signature dish for this season. This classic Negeri Sembilan dish features smoked meat or daging salai that is spiced with serai, cili padi, and kunyit. Then it is paired with creamy santan and belimbing besi, a combination that merges spicy, rich, and smoky flavours to tantalise your taste buds.
Kambing Golek is another must-try dish, which is grilled and freshly served at the buffet. Other classic dishes available are Rendang Ayam, Ketupat Palas, Satay, Gear Box Soup, Ikan Bakar, Shawarma, Sotong Belado, Nasi Tomato, Sup Kambing & perut.
What’s more, the Santapan Rasa Sayang 2023 Buffet Dinner at the AVANTÉ Hotel also offers a delectable selection of international dishes, including black pepper fried crabs, sushi & sashimi, sweet & sour squid, BBQ steak, chicken chop, and Mongolian stir-fried beef.
For appetisers, you can head to the ‘Goreng-Goreng’ stall for Pisang, Keledek, Cekodok, Cucur Bilis and Cucur Manis or catch their chefs making crispy sizzling Apam Balik from scratch.
Make sure to end the night on a sweet note with an assortment of desserts, including Kuih-Muih, ABC, Bubur, assorted French pastries, and exotic fruits.
